Oversee, develop, organize, and facilitate the execution of various projects, as well as support and grow business development for the GRAMMY Museum. -Strategizes, manages and liaises with all production and business development activities. -Maintains current and organized records of all production & business development projects. -Prepares and oversees expense budgets, income forecasts and timelines for various events and projects. -Manages and reports on expenses and costs within budget for various projects and works with other departments to organize, document and execute accounts payables / receivables. -Develops, maintains and manages relationships with new and existing production vendors as well as new and existing business development partners. -Responsible for the development, management and delivery of various projects. -Supports revenue generation by seeking potential partnership and business development opportunities -Develops and maintains talent and talent management relationships. -Manages day-to-day operations of production staff on assigned projects and liaises with other departments as it relates to their involvement with production and business development activities.
