Hi! I'm Shelby. I am a quick learner with strong execution skills. In my current role as a Production Coordinator, I am consistently detail oriented, collaborative, and flexible. I am currently responsible for understanding and overseeing the processes from development through to delivery. I am regularly sourcing factories and establishing long lasting professional contacts. Every day I monitor and follow up with our vendors on all production processing to anticipate problems and make timely decisions that meet our regular deadlines. I also make sure to maintain strong cross-functional relationships by working closely with the marketing and wholesale teams to communicate changes to pricing and delivery. My time in production has equipped me with the confidence and critical thinking skills needed to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
