In my own words

Shay

With near ten years in the Colorado outdoor industry I really am in the prime of my career.

I've worked with such companies as Coleman, GoLite, and BolderPath. I've held roles from Product manager of a 65MM/yr business, to a Design Team Lead of a highly tactical and diversified team of 6 creating new product out of industry refuse. I feel honored to be awarded the prestigious Alexander Graham Bell award from the renowned Rhode Island School of Design, and truly lucky to be a home owner near Old Town Littleton. I have a passion for all things outdoors, and can only tell what season it is by the color of my pass and the equipment in my car. My associates love both my dedication and my compassion for them and the business. My team was most recently rewarded the Coleman Golden Lantern for not only turning the floundering Stearns Lifejacket business around, but making it one of the most profitable in the Jarden Outdoor portfolio. I live the dream every day and love small moments around the campfire or rolling down the mountain that the outdoor industry affords me. I wish no more than to bring this compassion to your team.
