The duties include travel to events sponsored by Monster and the setup, operations, and break down of activations. Other duties include tracking consumer feedback and product trends in various markets, product stocking, and building the company's guerrilla marketing effort.

May 2015-Aug. 2015 / May 2016-Aug. 2016 Major duties included staffing coaches for appropriate size of camp and the supervision of campers and employees. As the Division Leader I formatted the curriculum for appropriate skill levels and abilities of weekly campers as well as the layout of division locations for all 12 location sites. As the Director of Aftercare I acted as liaison between camp and location managers/city employees for overall operation of all 12 sites. This role also acted as a main contact point for parents and included proactive delivery of conflict resolution and excellent customer service.
