Concept Arts2023 – 2023
Worked closely with The Print Production, Wondery and Creative teams to create and manage breakouts of Key Art into up to 40 web ready deliverables per title. Main duties included: fitting and extending the Key Art into multiple new template sizes/specs using masks and elements pulled from the KA while maintaining source art integrity from both a creative and quality standpoint. Maintained organization and file names for dozens of files per title to assure quick and organized sharing with larger teams. Worked independently and interfaced with multiple larger teams for project milestones. Assisted the Wondery Creative team with Key Art creation on multiple titles while working closely with the Creative Director. Editted Key Art created by AD’s for final client approval and created shot maps/font maps for my own and others projects.

Created the print acquisition program for Jsource to facilitate the ordering, quality control and timely delivery of packaging and promotional materials for it’s parent company the Shryne Group and its brands including Stiiizy. Collaborated with marketing & creative departments to understand project goals, details and budgets. Met requestors to review their request as well as educate them on file setup, production process and finished product expectations. Ensured accurate purchase orders sent to vendors, billing to Accounting and packing slips and ETAs to Logistics. Advanced the company’s knowledge through trade shows, seminars and vendor communication. Summarized these in reports for leadership and vendor reports to track in-house production capabilities and overseas production partners.

Designed an online system for clients to customize branded materials using data and images specific to the individual user before sending directly to print. Created screening ticket program, with over five thousand orders placed and 1.5 million screening tickets printed. Met with clients and prospects to manage and supervise all aspects of the department. Created the workflow and protocols of the department including printed product design, formatting for clients' online customization, and the user’s web experience. Products include stationery, promotional screening tickets, sales collateral, posters, banners, and service industry materials.
