Managed 5 Amazon Retail vendors within the Home Improvement Vertical (Kidde, Leviton, Sengled, Progress Lighting and Louisville Ladder) this portfolio totaled just over $180M in total annual GMS.
Averaged 12% YoY growth for all vendors, and a 10% lift YoY in Deal OPS during Amazon peak sale periods.
Ensured vendor satisfaction through delivering strategic insights and relentlessly high operational standards. Built out strategic joint business plans for managed vendors, as well as identified and executed opportunities for new selection, merchandising, traffic / conversion drivers, and operational improvement.
Drove vendor business growth by providing customized insights and recommendations; education on relevant tools, products, and services; and delivered a positive experience with Amazon programs.
Facilitated the reconciliation of over 3 years of shortages for both Leviton and Kidde totaling over $3.1M and resulting in over an average of $410k returned to the vendor in each case in 2023.

Assisted with the development and distribution of the August and September editions of Paradigm’s in-house produced magazine, EuroBiz Japan.
Composed the live auction presentation for the Run for the Cure Foundation’s Casino Night fundraiser event for September of 2017. (Paradigm’s Non-Profit partner)
