Business Operations Analyst in analyzing day-to-day data for the pre-closing, asset management, and buy-back departments. My role is to update all of our properties on our website with new photos, pricing of property, rental price and description to bring in more clientele for Divvy.

Collects verify and analyzes loan credit and legal documents to satisfy underwriting conditions before processing. Proactively manages a high-volume loan processing pipeline in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner, ensuring promptness in communicating with borrowers. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Operations (title, valuations, underwriting, closing, sales) to close loans. Consistently follows up with borrowers regarding loan approvals, denials, and withdrawals. Responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Project management in the fintech startup industry. Serviced all 50 states in helping borrowers obtain a refinance or purchase. Covered a pipeline of 85+ borrowers on a monthly basis. Hit my metrics on a monthly basis from loan to fund, underwriter pass-through rate, NPS scores, and quality control on the loans. From 2021-to 2022 on a monthly basis, I would be in the top 25% and 10% in leading the way for the west coast coordination.

Lead Regional Field Director for San Diego, Orange County, and the Inland Empire for the coalition of tech companies to appeal AB5. Built and maintained strategic grassroots coalitions among diverse groups and constituencies. Executed organizing plans using online and offline methods, including extensive phone, text, and in person outreach to Uber, DoorDash, Postmates, and Instacart drivers. Worked directly with senior staff on outreach strategies and tactics. Assisted campaign leadership on recruiting and training media surrogates. Kept clear and consistent records about meetings, contacts, and support reporting of organized deliverables.

-Working with the hosts of Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Manhattan Beach in passing fair legislation for short term rentals -Monthly host meetings, socials, business mixers, data (salesforce), liaison between the host and customer service, host story collection, press requests -Took on the Small Business Outreach program in Long Beach, Ca. where we brought out hosts to walk through small businesses in 4th Street Retro Row and Belmont Shores in order to support local business owners and to create relationships between the hosts and business owners -Started the Latino Community Outreach Program where I met with Latino Hosts and continuing to build relationships with our Latino Community -Helped launch our first Airbnb/Univision Experience where the user is able to experience Univision Studios in Los Angeles and see the day to day of a news reporter, anchor, film, etc. -Helped launch the first Accessibility Training with 100+ hosts in Los Angeles. Coordinated the logistics for the speaker, team, and hosts.
