Designed across multiple categories for the Regional Flex program as well as managing designs for all SMU programs. Worked alongside the global design team, creating America's percentage of designs for the season. Presented regional trend, motif direction, color palette and seasonal line to team members of all positions in all regions. Was fully responsible for executing each step of the design process from concept, to CAD creations, followed by tech packs and submit comments, attended weekly fittings and attended studio photoshoots. As a member of the sustainability committee, consistent briefing of action points to team members in order to achieve better Higg Index results. Worked closely with Merchandisers to identify key learnings of past seasons, prior to brainstorming for a new season. Worked closely with the Product Development team to source sustainable fabrics and trims. Practiced daily communication with Tech Design to ensure all expectations of quality and execution were being met. Worked closely with Sales Team to strengthen ideation for trend and newness. Worked closely with each team member to ensure maximum output while fostering a consistent, timely workflow for all. Built seasonal collections exclusive to Ecom channels. Built injection packages for specialty accounts. Built graphic driven packages for multiple accounts. Traveled to on location photoshoots as stylist and representative of brand.
