In the role of Social Media Coordinator, I am responsible for maintaining all of FREESKIER's social media accounts: Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, etc. I digitally market all of the content that FREESKIER publishes on its website, FREESKIER.com, and also write content for the site including gear reviews, event coverage and other editorial. I coordinate with athletes and companies to share and produce content, as well as collect and report social analytics. I frequently attend, photograph and represent FREESKIER at industry events. I also assist in the production of five annual print publications.
Snow Reporter / PR Assistant
Mammoth Mountain2015 – 2016
As the Snow Reporter / PR Assistant, I was responsible for keeping the Mammoth Mountain snow report up to date on multiple platforms, and for calling numerous radio stations in the morning to record the daily snow report. I wrote copy for several resort emails, blog posts for the mountain, and have taken pictures for the mountain's website and Instagram. Every week I gave live condition updates through Periscope and Snapchat so people could see what the mountain looks like in real time. I occasionally would guide foreign tourism and media agents around the mountain, providing them with information and showing them how awesome Mammoth is.

I worked alongside the Senior Project Manager, the Customer Services team, and the Information Systems team in creating a Customer Experience Indicator and web-portal for a client. On this project, I created and presented decks and project outlines to upper management that gave updates on the team’s workflow and progress. I worked on cultural traction projects where I studied the evolution and trends of different brands so that we could form strategy for clients. I also assisted in compiling and fact checking yearly reports for a client, combining data from U-tab with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Sales and Game Day Events Intern

I assisted the Sales Coordinator, sales, and service teams with general sales and service activities in support of overall fan satisfaction during the 2013 season. My internship focus included game day events such as game day setup, data capture, autograph signings, and event setup. I made sales calls during select office hours and youth soccer events/registrations. I also helped coordinate a USC versus UCLA quidditch halftime show.
