Senior Creative Producer

Play a pivotal role in bringing creative visions to life, overseeing projects from conception to completion. Work closely with internal teams, external freelancers, talent and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards Work closely with creative teams to develop concepts, storylines and visuals that align with objectives and brand identity. Provide creative input and guidance throughout production process Manage budgets, ensuring expenses are tracked and controlled and resources allocated efficiently. Identify and negotiate contracts with vendors, freelancers and talent. Oversee all aspects of production, including location scouting, equipment, logistics, schedules and safety protocols, as well as attending shoots. Supervise post-production and collaborate with team to review footage and provide feedback. Ensure final deliverables meet creative standards and technical specifications.

Oversaw, managed and had visibility on all video production and experiential events within Factory Media. Worked with Creative Director, sales staff, editorial staff and designers to shape, plan and execute any production activity, including budgeting, prep, on-location producing and directing, and post. Managed in-house kit, and asset management.
