I have several years of experience serving as a Content Contributor, along with Copywriting within various business verticals and industries. This experience spans from corporate Marketing/PR, spec sheets, white paper, executive correspondence, tech admin/user manuals, education/training materials, articles, blogs, and radio and podcast content. Along with strong due-diligence and research skills.

Experience coordinating and running various events for corporations, political leaders, fundraising organizations, and individuals (5-10 > 2,000+).

Additional skill-sets in Product Development Operations with the ability to effectively collaborate and manage product & web development teams as well as complex and long-term projects. Operational with the capability to develop, and gather strategic information as it relates to a specific project or task. And engage & sell organizational resources and proactively expand the adoption of new solutions; as well as the assessment & analysis of customer solution usage.

I work effectively within customer environments; providing day-to-day support, developing & fostering relationships to focus & drive problem resolution, customer success, and an ongoing high-level of satisfaction. I am attentive at every level of the development life-cycle from conceptual>user interface/testing>to the final stages of deployment–implementation/on-boarding, training & renewal.

I often serve as a trusted adviser/orchestration leader and the primary contact for cross functional project teams, product development teams, marketing firms, Consultants, internal departments, Board & Shareholder members. Along with a high-level of Executive presence; providing clear, detailed & timely communication with a high regard to confidentiality.
