My analytical mindset helped me analyze customer freight costs and implement new carrier programs, resulting in substantial annual savings. During my time at Kao, I led a team of analysts and played a pivotal role in managing wholesale customer logistics, troubleshooting EDI data and mapping issues, and leading multi-departmental collaborations.
