Women's Core Shoes2018 – 2020
-Managed in season business for a $185M department, communicated with 40 vendors on a daily basis. -Fiscally responsible for in-season KPI's by partnering with ABP to make recommendations on reorders, creating growth opportunities, and clearing through slow sellers via RTV's and VFMD's. -Owned a $15M Special Occasion priority destination for the women's shoe division having multi-channel increases for the year with more efficient inventory. Sales increases driven by regular price, specifying CC counts, working with suppliers to secure ATS, partnering to remove over inventoried styles, and assorting tables. Worked with DRM's to develop a quarterly deck stores could use to have as a one stop shop driving increases in stores. -Won Shoe Tank competition on item domination presented to divisional leaders. Created an aggressive approach for a new exclusive shoe and won $5M in funding for the project. My team projected a large growth plan with clear direction, mitigation, marketing, and site placement. -SME for company-wide new markdown tool (NPM) partnering with engineers and process improvement teams. Helped design a new markdown process, provided knowledge on buying office needs, created a strategy for dropship items, and developed an email template for vendor communication across the shoe division. -Owned department markdown processes end to end by maintaining million dollar budgets, negotiating funding with vendors, and presenting sale items to divisional leaders to inform them on areas of opportunity. -Analyzed Tableau and Nordstrom reporting to find areas of opportunity to drive N.com business. -Drove future business through product curation and brand matrixes, analytics of data, and trend reports to assort. -Melded divisional strategies with marketing to get more exposure for Women's Core Shoes during cull process driving demand increases each quarter. Worked with marketing to create a NuOrder hashtag process. -Taught and developed peers by working with our Merchant Analysts on a weekly basis to help their business reviews. -Responsible for inventory management and allocation of $240M department managing 75 suppliers in-season business -Contributed to Department's H1 2018 plans making SP, OP, and LY; received Cash Call for Q1 performance -Owned the TrunkClub.com Growth strategy project; created a $2.5M strategy to invest in areas of opportunity to grow brands, classes, and N.Com replenishment for the Men's Shoe Subdivision with a digital first mindset in Q1 2019 -Identified a brand as a major growth opportunity Omni Channel in 2018; YTD MC +52% (+$8M), by contributing to allocation, expanding choices, and having them become our #1 brand in all channels -Awarded $3M in receipts to fund launch of new Omni-channel brand in H2 2018 through placing in Shoe Tank competition by assorting product, selecting doors, and creating a receipt ask -Communicated with suppliers to review Omni-channel business, identify top items, discuss potential liabilities, and strategize on ways to drive results -Represented ABP's by IDS team to test new JDA variables, help create a quiz for all ABP's, and present findings to JDA corporate team to improve allocation efficiencies -Lead team train for Shoe Division on reorder tracker, created in partnership with AB's and Buy Planner -Onboard Men's Shoes to JDA by hosting weekly JDA meetings with Assistant Buy Planners to help answer questions and collaborate on findings.
