Sales Operations Manager - APLA
Fox Head Inc.2016 – 2019
Oversee day to day operations for Asia Pacific, Latin America accounts focusing primarily on logistics but also including daily communication with accounts, coordination of shipments, accounts receivable aging, and sales order maintenance. Work closely with various members of the team, including: - Merchandise Manager: coordinate calendars dictating Production due dates and the end Go to Market date; also help to compile buy data for review and hand off to the respective demand planning team. - Marketing Manager: in-house logistics contact in coordinating shipments of marketing materials to the international accounts. - Finance: Review P&L and assist in identifying discrepancies; work together to audit account financial statements, recognize troubled accounts and potential red flags. - Global project team and IT liaison for systems and business process updates (from user testing to actual implementation) for the department, making sure that the updates/changes align with the APLA region business model. Owner of maintaining SAP with up to date information regarding pricing and order tables. - Other roles: Assisted in Sales Meeting execution, coordinating groups of people, set up and tear down of presentations and day activities
