InLoop is a VC backed Software Start-up that aggregates and disseminates content for industry trade groups and personalizes the output for each user. InLoop’s software delivers rich analytics for each industry by using natural language processing and tracking reader behavior. I was hired to turn the company around, reduce the burn, and bring in the first revenues.
Accomplishments:
• Lead company from $0 in sales to $1m in first 18 months
• Coordinated $2.1m capital raise from 32 investors globally
• Refocused and restructured company resources to reduce burn from $300k/month to $150k/month
• Complete overhaul of company product
• Implemented new brand, marketing, sales, and product strategies
• Redefined USP of products
• Managed multi-functional teams of 30+ employee’s

• Named 2012 Entrepreneur of the year for New York State.

• Conceptualization, design, prototype, and manufacture and Sale of the Solar-Cooler.
• Refined technology into a production ready, user friendly package.
• Built and lead a cross functional team of 10+ individuals.
• Launched the product at the 2014 Consumer Electronic show, and awarded top 5 innovative renewable technology product.

• R&D on anti-scratch and anti-fog, new polarization technologies, optical innovation, manufacturing design, etc...
