<p>No nonsense kind of guy. I know what it's like working in the apparel manufacturing industry. Ive gotten pretty good with product development in the menswear area. I'm great with most of the art programs that most manufactures hope folks can navigate before bringing them onboard. Ive got a pretty in-depth knowledge of garment construction and finishing. I'm a bit of a quality control freak. I dont' change who I am for people, I don't do office politics. I know covid was a hoax, so if your office "still goes along with that"...don't hire me. I love my country...if that bothers you, don't hire me. Love me or hate me. I forgive others...I hope to work with those that choose the same. </p>

Working alongside a team of 80 Outfitters in the hunting dept providing service to customers seeking fire arms, archery gear, optics, tactical gear and hunting apparel. - Supporting customers and team members with product knowledge information. (fire arms, hunting apparel layering system, archery gear and optics). - Selling ammo and processing background checks with DES/DROS system. -Supporting management with opening and closing procedures, registers and setting up storewide communication/inventory systems.

Developed knits, sweater knits, wovens, graphic tees AND casual bottom for F23/SP24/SM24/F24 - Completed and submitted multiple tech packs for each category. - Worked closely with tech and production to ensure quality and fit are approved. - Creating multiple garment cads for all categories. - Produced production for major discount retailers such as Burlington, TJ Maxx, Ross & Marshalls - Designed and developed packaging for all categories.
