-Worked as 1st assistant under Production Designer/ Art Director to ensure all details of job were organized. - Shopped for all materials needed for completion of each job in very short time frame to execute timely delivery for quick turn around. -Assisted in all research for mood boards to showcase in all production meeting with client and Production teams. -Staging and organization of all sets to be ready for early morning shoot calls. -Organized all rental house pick-ups and merchandise returns. -Close out paperwork for entire job.

Design: -Worked closely with Creative Director & VP of Sales to execute design direction and maintain as well as elevate brands name for several private labels. -Responsible for all market and trend research reports and trend boards to lead in Buyer Presentations. -Daily communications w/ PD team, Tech Design, Production, & Graphic teams from proto to TOP sample development. -Responsible for creating tech packs, construction/ artwork/ trim detail and all call out detail pages, as well as generating style numbers for all new styles and updating BOM daily using PLM system. -All technical flat sketches, CADS & line-sheets for all new conceptual working styles and updates for all running styles. -Sourced & developed new fabrications/wash/treatment testing & sampling both locally & overseas for quick SMS turnaround to show buyers and potential clients. -In charge of Lab dip requests for all seasonal palettes. Finalized color and fabric quality for production and bulk fabrics. -Generated Buyer & Licensor tracking approvals for all styles. -Scheduled fittings w/fit model & Production/ Tech teams from 1st fit proto to PP/TOP stages, as well as pre-lim & production meetings with PD/Production teams for all new styles.

Design: Worked directly with Head designer/Creative Director. Created all line sheets & CAD's. Developed SMS request logs and fabric logs for clear overseas factory communication. Created all specialty details pages & hand-off pages for tech design and factories for both development as well as production & bulk fabric approvals. -Worked closely with local dye & wash-houses as well as overseas factories on SMS development including trying new wash treatments, wash tests, and new fresh fabrication tests samples with overseas mill. -Responsible for all Brand Market research, trend research, sample shopping & returns, as well as expense reports for both head designer and myself. -Responsible to manage small office team of 4 employees to keep on calendar and meet all required deadlines.

-Close collaborative work with R & D Color team, as well as Digital Design team for flawless engineered print placement & new fresh textile designs. -Fee hand loose sketches, CADS, Line sheets maintenance. - Responsible new draping samples to show Creative Director every morning in design meetings. -Updating tech packs,scheduling fittings,& also was the stand in fit model in design meetings. -Responsible for replenishment orders of fabrics for each monthly delivery and overseeing PD assistant in SMS sample tracking. -Created mood/ inspiration boards, as well as conducting brand research weekly to keep on market trend. -Generating Design cards, and all line-sheets for each monthly delivery for several lines.

-Spec'd, photographed, & logged all sample garments to log measurements and all design details for factory. -Organizing mood boards, fabric cards, look-books, & conducted brand research. -Manipulated and copied patterns in photoshop and illustrator, matched yarns and placed fabric and thread orders directly to yarn mills overseas. -Sample purchases and returns.
