— RichardMy name is Richard Trawick, and I'm a lifelong Florida resident with a passion for surfing and the outdoors.
I started my career in a sales role with a South Florida based startup called Gravity IT Resources. With Gravity, I've had the opportunity to sharpen my selling skills, manage/mentor a recruitment team, and manage enterprise level accounts, including Jetblue and Chewy.com. My goal is to join an organization within the surf/outdoor apparel industry, where I can utilize my skillset to increase revenue through marketing, branding, and selling efforts. Though I live in Florida, I am looking to relocate to California or the Denver, CO area.

ACCOUNT MANAGER · Gravity IT Resources
• Lead and develop a team of IT Recruiters to monetize recruitment opportunities with new and existing clients
• Cold call 200 IT managers, directors, and VP's a week to set up new meetings and establish a pipeline of new prospect clients
• Work with IT Managers and Directors of my existing clients to identify hiring gaps and pain points on their team
• Meet with IT leaders and CTO's to completely understand team structure, technical stack, initiatives, and future hiring needs
• Work with recruiters to drive results and ultimately exceed client expectations
• Research, fully understand, and teach new and emerging technologies, programming languages, methodologies, and platforms to recruitment team
• I brought in 3 major accounts during my first year in sales, including Jetblue, Chewy.com, and Palm Beach Sheriff's Office; Jetblue is now one of our best clients and has generated nearly $250,000 in revenue within the last year, despite the impact of Covid-19 on the travel industry.
