• Recruited and Maintains 8 client companies in the Action Sports, Sporting Goods and lifestyle markets • Provided key contracted services using all freelance and fee for service support to meet each client’s individual needs while keeping their costs a fraction of the usual cost. • Successfully helped negotiate an Intellectual Property International Distribution Agreement with the world's largest skateboard company (Absolute Board Co.) • I have recently been working with several eBike manufacturers helping them with various sales and marketing initiatives. • Relaunched a Newport Beach Bike, eBike and Scooter retail shop adding several new product categories and introduced new bike & eBike sales to what had once been solely a bike and beach gear rental agency. • Currently serving on the Board of Directors of Waterborne Skateboards and the Board of Advisors of Makaha Skateboards.

• Developed the Product with the Creative Team I recruited & directed. • Managed the Sales of Top Tier Accounts Personally. • Opened 3,600 retail doors in under 3 years. • Laid out the Marketing Strategy that was able to achieve 6.5 million at wholesale within 4 years of Launch. • Secured the #1 item with Amazon in our Category (Skateboards) and had the category exclusively at Costco (no other vendors except Made in Mars). • Fiercely maintained the Best Customer Experience in the Industry. • Maintained High Morale for our team while still maintaining Low Overhead for max ROA. • Managed all of the Social Media accounts and the company's on line stores.
