Currently, I am a proactive leader of daily operations, including planning of the $2.5M annual budget with full P&L accountability, personnel management, customer service, continuous process improvements, financial/operational analysis, and client relationship management. I define, integrate, and sustain program strategies, new processes, SOPs, and management methodologies. I also advance strategic alignment, integrated planning, collaboration, and tactical execution across a highly matrixed organization. • Led, equipped and empowered 200+ cross-functional team members. Propelled a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging LEAN methods. • Solutions expert to complex supply chain analytics issues. In this role, I was the primary strategist and point of contact with clients on large-scale events, action plans, and tactical execution of projects. I evaluated and selected vendors/providers, according to client/stakeholder requirements and target goals. Additionally, I helmed accounting operations, including reporting, monetary summaries, SOPs, and account transfers. • Directed and motivated 10+ cross-functional personnel. • Planned, coordinated, and delivered 500 national and local events. • Pivotal member of the Events Team that advised on a diverse range of operational matters such as budget allocation, facilities, and event logistics.

At Nike, I was an Instrumental contributor to the ordering process, with emphasis on Direct Ship and Nike DC order allocation to 800 retail units. I was recognized for updating Marketing and Sales teams on shipments. I also conducted weekly mall visit follow-ups with major retailers, including Pac Sun, Exit, and Zumiez. • Coordinated all shipment delivery/pickup schedules across 200+ locations. • Meticulously tracked up to $75M in inventory to avoid any discrepancies. • Provided vital support to product presentations on 100+ retail tours. • Supervised seasonal buys as needed and offered key insights to purchasing. • Attended 20+ trade shows to extract marketing and emerging trends.
