Creating vital reports for the Director of Apparel & Hardgoods and report directly to the CFO, COO, and CEO. • Directly oversee all global import/export logistics and global supply chain management • Conduct in-depth cost analysis of all products and convert into mass production plan • Review inventory cycles and create purchase orders • Purchase order management, including 5 Point Reconciliation • Manage and reconcile inventory of all SkateShop and Lifestyle Products using Sage ERP • Vendor Management, including global sourcing of new and available vendors, to ensure production schedules, and to maintain production quality and standards, and ensure 100% vendor compliance to key accounts • Sales forecasting and projections using analysis of pending/future and historical sales to advise market feasibility and sell- through timelines • Report monthly, quarterly, yearly P&L • Reconcile AP accounts
