As a collaborative individual, Rafael Garcia is highly motivated to contribute and thrive in a team environment.
Recently completed the Pensole x New Balance Master Class in Lawerence, Ma. Graduated at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Recieved an Associate of Arts Degree in Merchandise Product Development in June 2017.

• Designed new lifestyle uppers for AW 2023 • C&M/Merchandise Men’s & Boy’s Footwear Line • Mock up tech packs from scratch for new uppers and tooling silhouettes • Constantly researching sport & culture to design new and better performing products • Created new blueprint for direct injected tooling • Revise pullovers with updated specs through tape ups and 2D technical drawings
