Tech Pack creation: Illustrator flats, construction pages, specs, grade charts, fitting and revisions. Set up and data migration to new PLM system for department. Organize workflow based on delivery and production calendars. Sample management, conduct fittings and revision between sales and overseas factories. Use extensive knowledge of garment construction and pattern making to create a Block library in order to develop future business and categories. Develop 3D pattern making and rendering. Create in-house garments for Sales and client.
