Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Attends global bicycle race events tuning, repairing and rebuilding of bicycle suspension. Responsible for set up and teardown during events. • Manages race vehicle parts inventory. • Write technical race reports. • Assemble shocks/forks from drawings and ship to Teams and customers. This includes understanding Fox in house processes and procedures. • Demonstrates continuous effort to improve product, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service. • Assemble, repair and dyno test suspension forks and shocks • Provide regular test and customer feedback following each test session to the appropriate sales rep and management. • Be well versed in new product details and presentations to note key features and benefits while in field testing. • Work with engineering and race during new product development to ensure there is proper training to support new product testing – including capacity to assemble and tune prototypes. • Manage parts and product inventory needs to support testing. • Work in cooperation with race dept. and engineering to provide in field test feedback to further improve tuning options. • Report any field encountered via QRT. • Consult with OEM’s engineering when appropriate to review kinematics and advise optimal combinations with FOX components. • Communicate, and demonstrate, how to properly service Fox product

Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Work closely with engineers during development of new product • Assemble, repair and dyno test prototype suspension and shocks • Manage parts and product inventory needs to support testing. • Work in cooperation with engineering to provide in field test feedback to further improve tuning options, either via written emails, presentations, and or verbally. • Consult with OEM’s engineering when appropriate to review kinematics and advise optimal combinations with FOX components. • Prepare suspension to be shipped to specific riders for testing • Assemble shocks/forks from drawings and ship to Teams and customers. This includes understanding Fox in house processes and procedures.

Responsibilities included but not limited to: • Writing of powersports R/A’s • Writing of bike R/A’s • Receiving of bike R/A’s • Servicing bike shocks • Servicing bike suspension forks • Servicing powersports shocks • Customer service calls • Customer collection calls • Performed reworks at multiple Trek facilities as well as Cannondale • Worked hand in hand with engineers to develop new product

Responsibilities included but not limited to: • Open store, close store • Ordering inventory for repairs and sales • Service writing, repairs of bicycles, new bike assembly • Sales of bicycles, parts and accessories • Hiring of employees, and work distribution for employees • Custodial work • Bike fittings

Responsibilities included: • Answering phone calls, entering orders over the phone • Make sure online orders were properly entered into the system • Calling customer back with any back orders, or questions regarding the order • Generally being there for the customer in any way possible
