Paul Lavold

After graduating college in 2012, I worked with Northwestern Mutual as a field agent selling insurance and investment options. I learned although I did well that it was not something I would like to pursue for the rest of my life.

Now, I've been with Damage Boardshop for almost 3 years where I oversee day to day operation from sales to marketing to inventory management. I work closely with the owner when buying apparel, shoes, and hardgood(snowboards, skateboards, bindings) for the store.
