Working with the executive team to lead the design direction and product development for PLAE’s footwear and accessories line. I manage a cross-functional design team and product development timeline in order to develop seasonal products. Management of brand development by aligning interior and exterior resources to bring brand and marketing initiatives to life and to ensure a strong and cohesive visual brand voice across the company. Create seasonal product stories by forecasting trends, building color palettes, establishing graphic design languages and determining material design/selection. Incorporate sustainable solutions in the areas of product materials, packaging and the products end life.

Design management and creative direction for REI Private Brands carry solutions and the evrgrn brand. Managing a team of designers that in conjunction with the Product Development and Sourcing teams, would help bring products to market.
