My name is Omar. I was born and raised in McAllen, Tx. I moved to Indianapolis, IN in 2006 and I lived there for about 6 years. I moved back in late 2011. I graduated from bartending school in 2012, but I broke my arm shortly after. My arm required 2 surgeries. While my arm was healing I decided to sign up for college classes. I discovered graphic design and I fell in love with it. I got my associates degree in Computer-Aided Drafting & Design-Digital Imaging in May 2017. Everything happens for a reason and I think breaking my arm was the best thing that ever happened to me. I moved to San Diego August 29, 2018. Providing the best customer assistance to every single customer, making sure all cashiers are opened and closed properly, overseeing multiple sales floor at once for a few hours at a time, unloading and loading dock trailers, processing and receiving merchandise in order that they come in, maintaining fitting rooms, etc.

I worked on multiple powerpoint presentations. I created concert tickets for artists, logos and banners for companies. I learned how to manage stress when deadlines had to be met.
