Development and implementation of the Brand strategy, Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy- including campaigns, events, digital marketing, designing and PR. Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition. Responsible for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands, provide customer support to clients in person and on the phone.

Assisted customers in finding the right meals tailored to their diet. Selling pre-cooked and pre-portioned meals to those who are trying to transition into a healthier lifestyle. I was responsible for the entire store throughout my shift which includes customer service, setting tills, maintaining the store, cleaning, stocking, and marketing promo.

Opening and closing shop, merchandising, accounting, customer service, shop upkeep, working with team riders, restocking and inventory. Assistant Manager at previous store 2015-2016; then at new location in 2017.

Tracked and shipped sample products to vendors, created tech packs and mock-ups, analyzed and created weekly art boards containing top selling items in each retail store. Created new color ways and designs to be put in store for retail sales.

Merchandised and created new visuals in-store, handled social media and product photography on a day-to-day basis, interned for a month prior to hire.
