I'm an experienced and enthusiastic HR Leader with a proven background in employee relations, HR policies and procedures, recruitment, and HR management.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from FIDM, an HR Management Certificate from Cal State Fullerton, SHRM-CP, and Master of Science in I/O Pyschology from University of Hartford, my goal is to bridge the gaps between legislation, employers, and employees in the most effective and positive way humanly possible. When I'm not thinking, talking, or writing about HR, you can find me on a hike listening to a true crime podcast, befriending random dogs, or enjoying some live music! I combine clear HR policies, effective business strategies, and organizational psychology to help my clients grow.
