Successfully managed direct to consumer (DTC) sales for Key Accounts including Sporting Goods, Family Channel Footwear, Department Stores, and Teen Chain. Main Accounts Included: DSG, REI, Famous Footwear, Journeys, DSW, PacSun, Nordstrom, and Macy's Account Manager for Bealls. Curated assortment based on prior sell through analysis, line presentation, order and delivery worksheets, and customer relations. Created assortments for Marines and Nexcom orders based on receipt plan completed seasonally. Worked cross functionally with the design team to develop/execute SMU processes for Key Accounts. Composed monthly regional analysis by door to develop new sales strategies. Performed sales operations including shipment status, order conversion, EDI accuracy completed daily. Worked with the photo studio for style management on Key Account marketing assets completed seasonally.

Trade show coordinator: Oversaw trade show calendar, managed employee registration and negotiated special rate for room blocks. Shows included: Agenda, Outdoor Retailer, Miami Swim, Swim Collective, Surf Expo, SIA Provided reports to sales reps (Key Accounts and Specialty), design team, and management including booking, ATS, and action watch reports. Administrative and office support for sales team and managers including showroom management (seasonal sample management & seasonal showroom rotation), expenses and travel support, purchasing and inventory management of office supplies, distribution of promotional items. Interviewed and managed 2-3 sales interns per season and developed a training program, coordinated intern workload. Researched & worked collaboratively with our inner workings team to create GWP and promotional items for all brands. Trained 15 sales reps on scanner functionality and virtual catalog process for new sales virtual platform Elastic to increase virtual order productivity.

Processed e-commerce orders using Magento, Shopify, Amazon Central, Riskify and processed any customer refunds on Authorize.Net, Amazon Pay, PayPal. Assisted in production, merchandising, sales, customer service. Allocated/tracked TOP and inline samples to various merchants. Created and processed RMAs, credit memos, credit applications, and invoices. Created and updated catalog and line sheets each season utilizing Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop. Loaded images, style information, and costing into NuOrder and Style Master.

Point of contact for all sales rep inquiries and adjustments--cancellations, discounts, etc. and coordinated with sales reps for credit holds, confirmation holds, order file updates. Provided seasonal and annual booking reports, open order reports, production summary reports to men's, women's and international sales directors. Oversaw customer service team on product allocation, order processing, and timely shipping. Launched and trained sales reps on RepSpark and assisted in improving existing sales processes.
