Coordinated and supervised all audits, including audits by CPA firm, commercial lender, insurance carriers, and any federal, state, and local government agencies. Managed and reconciled royalty income streams from licensees and maintained licensee relationships. Managed Human Resources, including employee benefit programs, payroll processing in multiple states, and maintained and updated employee handbook to remain compliant with federal, state, and local laws. Managed all commercial insurance policies, their renewals, and any related audits. Reported directly to CFO and provided insightful decision-making support.
