As the Sales Administrator, I served as an assistant to the Vice President of Sales and as support for the Sales Team. Some of my duties included; Running show reports for the V.P. of Sales and the individual sales representatives, seeing through the process of SMUs, coordinating and overseeing booth construction for the Project Trade Show, and organizing and maintaining the home office showroom and samples as well as the L.A. showroom and samples.

• Receiving and keeping track of all inventory that enters and leaves the store • Send out Return Authorizations in a timely manner • Manage a team to make sure product gets out in a timely manner • Partner with Disney Corporate in cross-promotional events. This includes participating in meetings, conference calls, and scheduling events • Conduct interviews to staff for all levels of management and sales staff • Manage employee relations, which included employee performance reviews/assessments as well as terminations. • Conduct phone and face to face interviews as well as follow up for all applicants and new hires • Constant communication with store owners and buyers about sales reports

• Provided customers with a genuine shopping experience and interaction • Assisted with processing product for sales floor • Upheld both Disney and Quiksilver standards and policies (located in Downtown Disney)
