My professional career is just starting.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota in the fall of 2017. Since then I have been looking for a career in a field that I am passionate about. Since graduation I have been working in the field of addiction treatment. While this line of work is very interesting and rewarding I desire to move into a field that I am more passionate about. Skateboarding, snowboarding, and surfing have been a part of my life from a very early age. I am looking for an opportunity to be a part of these industries, and working with like minded people who have a passion for board sports. I have personal experience with many of the brands and products associated with this industry.

Supervise and manage 31 clients with chemical dependency and duel diagnosis mental health issues in a residential setting. Administer medications including narcotics and insulin. Client Intakes, and discharges. Conflict Management. Plan, organize, and run groups. Collaborate with a team of counselors, management, clinical staff, and other CD Tech staff to implement the client’s treatment plan. Communication with family members, caseworkers, caseworkers, legal officers of clients. Maintain a high standard of client confidentiality. Document behaviors, medications, and progress notes on online software.

Part of a team that provided on average 200 customers a day with both an excellent and individualized Starbucks experience while working under sometimes very stressful conditions. Met sales goals and deadlines by promoting, marketing, and selling Starbucks brands and other products. Maintained a positive aesthetic appearance of the store. Adherence of company values. Exceeded customer expectations. Participated in training new employees on both cash register and espresso machine.
