In My Own Words

Nathan Hagler is a Senior at Azusa Pacific University graduating in May 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. He is a talented individual with over 3 years of experience in marketing and business development. Nathan is inspired by collaborative progress towards goals set by himself and the teams he works with.

Nathan has had the opportunity to meet & work with a wide variety of personalities and backgrounds in both an individual and team setting. He has specific experience in Event Production as well as managing a diverse portfolio of campaigns for multiple clients.

Nathan is seeking to work in a creative environment with a collaborative team in which he can learn from those around him. He's desires to work with an organization where confident passion will drive success.

- Plans entertainment events that cater to 3500 students in support of the upcoming NCAA college athletics seasons - Meets with local business representatives to discuss sponsorship option and promote Azusa Pacific Athletics to form partnerships - Raised $9,000 in sales for Corporate Development and acquired 3 new Corporate Sponsorships - Acts as liaison between ZU Student Programs and the Azusa Pacific Athletic Department in order increase student participation at Athletic events - Worked to achieve daily project key performance indicators set by management

Marketing Manager

- Developed a Marketing Communication Business plan to increase sales and brand awareness resulting in positive revenue - Integrated innovative marketing techniques by creating promotional material that highlighted the western theme of Manna Pizza - Connected with a local advertising agency to enhance content being posted to social media weekly - Provided feedback on employee performance and suggestions for enhancing customer in store experience
