My role with Quicken Loans was to communicate with third-party agents to verify Quicken Loans' clients had required qualifications to obtain a home loan. I often utilized persuasion strategies to obtain documents from third-party agents to ensure customer satisfaction. As a result of my hard work, I successfully processed 1,093 loans in a 2 month duration. While at Quicken Loans, I was proud to have contributed to the best quarter in Quicken Loans history; by being apart of a team that processed a record-setting $12 billion in home loans in the month of July.

While working for Lifestylez Productions, I coordinated sales of Ikon Base Ski Passes to college students in the Midwest territory. I also was tasked with growing the campus-wide awareness of the Ikon Base Pass at Ohio University campus. During my internship with Lifestylez, I was responsible for over $47,000 in e-commerce revenue in a 3-month sales campaign.
