• Own the creation & development of the product line for all leather & non-leather accessories (shoes, belts, bags, cold weather, gifts, cufflinks, etc.) • Create & maintain effective working relationships & communicate on an ongoing basis with global markets & cross functional partners throughout the line development process • Supports Manager to fulfill product needs & place orders • Manage the sample process, footwear fit, material sourcing • Traveled to Italy & London (visited shoe/handbag factories, & scarf mills) • Manage the PD Assistant to make sure all reports & product information are up to date and correct

• Develop & detail all women's footwear(athletics, vulcanized, casuals, eva) • Issue/update/track sample POs & weekly Line In Process reports • Traveled to China- worked directly with China team to correct & approve samples / visited flip-flop, vulcanized, & casual footwear factories • Confirm all samples prior to production • Work closely with Design Director- detailing all footwear (color, materials, design details), spec sheets, trend research, inspiration boards • Create and maintain spec sheets, tech packs, BOMs, and linesheets • Communicate on a daily basis with agents, overseas teams, & sales
