I am an MBA with an MA in Integrated Marketing Communications. I have extensive experience in marketing and advertising for Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/Healthcare, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Insurance, Banking, Hospitality, and Personal Care sectors. Skilled in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Creative Management, Consumer Insight and Branding. Strong communication, presentation, relationship building and leadership skills.I managed and trained creative teams and have firsthand intercultural experience gained from working with MNCs and global brands.

Marketing Manager

•	Blackpencil is a subsidiary of Leo Burnett handling conflict accounts.  I joined a team who has worked together for 10 years with the purpose of raising the creative standard and winning awards for the company.
•	Led the creative teams that handled 11 brands and other special projects. The products ranged from restaurants, consumer goods (food), telecommunications, luxury, hardware and construction.
•	Worked cross functionally with strategy, shopper/trade marketing and digital to create cohesive campaigns for our clients.
•	Within a year, the team won five major local awards. The work was featured in several publications as case studies for creative and effective advertising.
•	The team also achieved the highest rating in Leo Burnett’s internal Group Product Committee (GPC) among all creative teams in the first quarter of 2014.

Associate Creative Director

•	Aspac Advertising is a local agency that had a lot of talent but was facing internal structural and process challenges.
•	Teamed with the Executive Creative Director, Head of Accounts and Director of Strategy and Business Development to create a new strategic briefing document and process. This brought about clearer, more integrated and inspiring creative briefs.
•	Digital and Traditional marketing teams worked as independent teams and had their own set of clients. 
I led the integration of Digital and Above the Line (ATL) teams internally.  Had a two-part leadership role, heading both creative teams. This allowed us to offer more services to a wider range of clients and became a breeding ground for knowledge sharing.
•	Signed lucrative contracts with three high-value clients in the Professional Services (insurance), Luxury and Beauty Industries. 
•	Led the Creative Team in developing a campaign that helped a 100 year old Insurance Company to achieve their 
best sales year in history; total premiums were up by 24% at $207M  in 2012.
•	Selected by Senior Management to receive the Creative of the Year Award in 2013

Associate Creative Director / Head of Digital Creative

•	PC&V Communications was a booming local agency that had a fast paced environment.
•	Assigned to the highest performing team which handled the agency’s top earning clients which bill 70% of annual revenue. 
•	Handled a total of 12 brands ranging from Fast moving consumer goods, Fashion, Food, Fitness and Banking.
•	Designed an advertising campaign (TV commercial, Website, Facebook campaign, Event concept) for a Fitness brand which led to a record-breaking national event attended by 11,000 marathon runners.

Senior Copywriter

•	Assigned to the New Business Development team. Formulated winning pitches which brought in 7 new accounts for the agency; broadened the agency portfolio with brands in the Finance, Beauty, Technology, Pharmaceutical and Alcoholic Beverage Industries. 
•	Successfully launched a new beauty product (Belo Essentials skin whitening line); within a year, it was awarded as Breakthrough Product of the Year in 2013 by SM Supermarket.
•	Created campaigns for Belo Medical, the number 1 medical aesthetic ambulatory clinic in the Philippines. 
•	Partnered with a resident doctor to create materials for the prescription and consumer brands of Sanofi-Aventis and Sanofi-Pasteur and Winthrop, their generics arm. 
•	Worked on pro bono campaigns for the Philippine Heart Association to raise awareness on Heart Disease risk factors.
