Miranda Lee is a Learning and Development Professional with 12 years of experience in designing, developing, and leading immersive learning experiences. She has led teams to develop innovative tools for engaging learners through cutting-edge technology. Miranda believes in creating trusting, supportive communities where people can be themselves while they work hard together to create meaningful change.
As a business owner and Paddleboard Instructor, Miranda creates opportunities for the community to participate in paddleboard adventures. She is a PaddleFit Core certified coach, blending fitness and SUP into energy-filled experiences on the water. She leads a team of 6 instructors and paddle sports experts to offer inclusive, safe, and FUN paddle sports experiences in Lake Elsinore, CA.
She volunteers her time with the Women in Technology Education Foundation, and is an active member and volunteer for the Association for Talent Development.

Empire Paddle Sports, Inc. is a federally certified women-owned small business (WOSB). We serve the county of Riverside in Southern California and specialize in paddle board retail, lessons, and PaddleFit/SUP Yoga programming. We are safe, reliable, dependable, FUN, and inclusive. Our mission is to open the door to SUP to everyone, no matter their experience level or ability, through safe and accessible instruction. We aim to give back to the community and create opportunities for our community to get out on the water. Our brand: Bringing quality iSUP and SUP products to the Inland Empire. Online sales + In-person showroom located in Lake Elsinore, CA. Exclusive partnership with the City of Lake Elsinore. Currently operating paddleboard rentals & lessons at Launch Pointe Recreation Destination.
