— MichaelProduct development can be a chaotic journey.
Many problems arise in the commercialization process between design, development, marketing, sales, etc.. Using a broad knowledge of the industry, from 20 years of experience, I take pride in solving these complex challenges. By asking the right questions and working with divisional teams, I strive to bring the best product to market while hitting targeted margins. My goal is to motivate teams to achieve excellence through positivity and honesty.

Oversaw all in-house product development for Kids, Women’s, and Men’s performance lines. Served as product liaison between the C9 brand licensor (Hanes) and the retailer (Target). Worked with the President to design, develop, and commercialize a suite of product lines.
