In my own words
— MichaelI've been told I'm a Jack Of All Trades and truly enjoy jumping in and helping where it's needed.
My desire to help extends beyond work, in my personal life I'm an avid outdoor enthusiast, off-roader, motorcycle and mountain bike rider. A typical weekend (if not on the trail or camping) involves helping my friends get their machine back on track and ready for the next trip out.
I have a friendly and personable face with a demeanor to match, I work well solo and self motivated or in a group for a team initiative where I enjoy adding my input to push forth our effort. At the end of the day I am dedicated and loyal with progress in mind, even when that means stepping out of my normal responsibilities to do so.

My position here had me running all organic social media channels, all online forum interaction and all content media production. Inside media my responsibilities included writing, acting, spokesperson, videographer and editor. For social media and forums I created all the posts, handled all interactions, sales and customer service related inquiries. From idea, to concept, to reality I navigated all hurdles to create one of a kind engaging content while establishing a strong brand presence in the online world. My written and video work is still online and on YouTube being leveraged by AutoAnything to this day.

I began this position as a dual-role Sales and Customer Service Specialist. After identifying a major area of opportunity I pitched a concept and created a completely new position as the Wheel & Tire Expert. With my incredible attention to detail and phenomenal service skills I was the sole product expert, taking point on all wheel and tire related sales and customer service matters. This opportunity translated into crafting a wheel and tire training classes to better educate my colleagues on the intricacies of wheels and tires.

As the manager of the parts department I was liable for all business in and out including walk in customers, shop accounts, sponsored riders, repair orders and new vehicle sales invoices. I was responsible for two employees, ordering, receiving, pricing, working with customers, and merchandising.
