Main Activities I was responsible for organizing and managing all external logistics activities. Main responsibilities; - Respond in a timely manner to material pick up requests from domestic and international suppliers - Organizing shipment of cabins and spare parts to domestic and international customers - Coordinating import/export transportation and customs process - Coordinating process of special projects and international shows - Daily communication and cooperation with production planning, purchasing and foreign trade departments - Searching and selecting freight forwarders for urgent air and land shipments - Maintain and develop effective relationships and communication with suppliers and customers

Main Activities I was responsible for the dealer central activities and giving support for the brands of Massey Ferguson, Laverda, MF Loaders, MF Balers and Fella. Main responsibilities; - Order process management between accepting of the orders and delivering of them to the dealers. - Coordinating Import, transportation and customs process. - Management of the open dealer orders and apply them in monthly processes. - Accepting dealer requests and coming up with solutions for them. - Financial controls and invoicing of the dealer orders. - Cost management of the dealer central activities. - Making delivery organizations of the dealer orders. - Organizing AGCONet Dealer Sales Portal Training with dealer visiting. - Giving support for the local and international fairs. - Following and controlling of the supplier invoices.
