E-Commerce • Initiate product development on new merchandise throughout the year, including but not limited to major holidays and events (anniversaries, birthdays, album anniversaries, etc.). • Ensure artwork and physical samples are approved by A&R and artists' management team. • Provide web development partner with all product set up information necessary for launching new collections including descriptions, colors, sizing, price, imagery and inventory count. • Negotiate pricing and place production orders. • Run PnL's to calculate profit margin and set retail prices. • Support with routing responsibilities. • Oversee inventory of approximately 40+ web stores. • Log each product and track sales history to reorder when necessary. • Approve and submit invoices as well as large billing projects (approximately 75 + a week). • Coordinate and guide design of promotional materials including customer emails, Instagram feed and story posts, sponsored Facebook ad's, webstore banner's and webstore hero's (both mobile and desktop). • Delegate tasks and help prioritize Production Assistant tasks.
Mom and Pop Stores • Manage inventory of 250+ products, re-ordering when necessary to ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders. • Process 50+ orders weekly, including entering the sales order into SAP software, calculating shipping charges, processing payment and tracking shipment to customer. • Troubleshoot and provide customer service as required; find missing inventory, replace damaged merchandise, ensure print job is up to client's expectations, etc. • Send daily updates and log to sales team and warehouse.
Supply Deals • Manage one off projects and special assignments by obtaining artwork from creative team, sampling products and managing the follow up with A&R rep's and creative team for approval. • Cost evaluate project to ensure profitability and project quantities based on past deals/sales to place production order. • Approve and submit invoices to accounting team.
Omni Merchandise Assistant, Power Brand Dresses

Submit order confirmations to vendors and create all PO's for the department of Powerbrand dresses; (Missy, Petite and Plus) including vendors such as Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein using Affinity Express, Facet and FedBuy software. • Track each PO's status in excel worksheet including shipping progress and all costing information while monitoring the carryover, OTB and expected receipts. Use this information to ensure that we are meeting our monthly rolling operational forecast. • Attend monthly market appointments with buyers and assist the planning department in recording pertinent product data information into Affinity plans. • Pull weekly selling reports based on class, subclass, masterstyle and date (WTD, PTD & STD) according to Associate Buyer and Buyers preference. • Request samples for fashion books, promotions and advertisements.
