Graduated from Flagler College with a Bachelors in Graphic Arts & Business. Spent the first few years at an Advertising Agency in Jacksonville, Florida. Shortly after, moving to Colorado working Freelance Design and as a Marketing Specialist for Obermeyer. Still searching for a sweet outdoor lifestyle job; It's what I love, it's what I do, and it's who I am.

Working for Obermeyer has been quite the experience. As a small family owned company, operating with a small workforce, the lines between my responsibilities became blurred and quickly spanned further than my job description. My job entailed staging and photographing garments, creating graphics for website, stickers, and advertisements for print and web, layout design and construction of our product catalog, assisting in designing patches, hangtags, clothing tags, creating email, Facebook, and Instagram marketing campaigns, creating product videos and performing photoshoots, and setting up the trade show booth at SIA. Obermeyer has given me the chance to gain valuable knowledge and insight into the workings of the apparel industry.

Shortly after completing school, I opened my own freelance graphic studio. Here I offer full graphic services ranging from basic marketing material and logo design to website design and social media optimization. In addition to the graphic services, I offer full service screen printing for, but not limited to, t-shirt design and printing. I was given the opportunity to work with a few small companies ranging from surf shops to restaurants and bars. To name a few, BarleyRepublic Irish Pub, Clean Ocean Surfboards in Jacksonville, Surf Bikini Retreat in Costa Rica, Victoria Hardina Photography, Marvin Limited Manufacturing Company, Marriott Fort Lauderdale Coral Springs, Slice Italian Bistro, St. Augustine Saint Johns County Skateboard Alliance, and Blackbook Vinyl.

I began this job as an intern, which soon led to a freelancing position. Shortly after, I was offered a full time job as a Junior Designer and within a few months was given the position as Art Director. During the time employed here I developed design deliverables that elevated, differentiated and functioned on-brand and on-strategy. Generated detailed specs of final designs as well as collecting and preparing final files for print and publication from concept to completion, for such things as advertisements, trade show banners and signage, web graphics, brochures, annual reports, and much more. Designed user interface, tools and web pages to meet branding guidelines and web best practices. At Shepherd I worked with large scale clients such as CSX, Merial, UF Florida Proton Therapy, Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, America’s Best, Walmart Vision Center, Eyeglass World, Florida Blue Health Care, Girl Scouts, Habitat for Humanity and many other small-scale clients.
