Matthew

My passion is strategy and operations within supply chain for sports, sports product, and technology.

I have 6 years of combined experience working in the clinical research, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries for drug product in supply chain operations. I am currently completing my MBA in Sports Business at the University of Oregon to pivot my career.

I have worked across a broad range of drug product categories ranging from oncology, rare disease, and micro-biome, utilizing my skills in supply chain and strategy for project management. These skills can be translated into the sports, media, and cpg industries.

My MBA at the University of Oregon will further strengthen my business acumen, tailor my technical ability, and focus my path towards the way we develop and build a business.

-Assisted in the management of third-party contract manufacturers and distributors in order to meet timelines to move along the final drug product stages of Vedanta Biosiences pipeline. -Developed and intrumented a detailed clinical supply plan and forecast to drive manufacturing that works along with clinical operations for demand and supply. -Worked cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality and CMOs to ensure seamless operation of clinical trials and improve morale of these trials to promote further success. -Management of clinical label text including generation, translation, proof and approval. Important to consider the safety of the patient and product at a regulatory standpoint. -Utilized either an IRT or manual means to generate and approve packaging and labeling production orders in accordance with the clinical trial design and all relevant regulatory requirements.

I support the local sales force with customer service programs, product clinics, product seeding, product sell-in/sell-thru, and fit trials. -Create and conduct dynamic educational clinics based on specific account assortment, covering running footwear, apparel and equipment. -Build relationships and drive sell-through at RSG retail by assisting in high school Spike/XC Nights, Women's Specific Events, footwear fit sessions, product trialing, weekly RSG training runs and working on the retail floor. -Conduct effective in-store visits; utilizing resources available to increase associates retention.
