-Assisted in the management of third-party contract manufacturers and distributors in order to meet timelines to move along the final drug product stages of Vedanta Biosiences pipeline. -Developed and intrumented a detailed clinical supply plan and forecast to drive manufacturing that works along with clinical operations for demand and supply. -Worked cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality and CMOs to ensure seamless operation of clinical trials and improve morale of these trials to promote further success. -Management of clinical label text including generation, translation, proof and approval. Important to consider the safety of the patient and product at a regulatory standpoint. -Utilized either an IRT or manual means to generate and approve packaging and labeling production orders in accordance with the clinical trial design and all relevant regulatory requirements.

-Manage CMOs and CROs for packaging, labelling and distribution activities of investigational products for all phases of clinical trials, including investigator sponsored trials. -Work with cross functional teams to establish accurate supply and budget forecasts -Support clinical trial team with protocol development and execution with focus on preparation and administration of the investigational product. -Author and maintain the Investigational Product Handling Manual/Pharmacy Manual to provide ongoing support to clinical trial site personnel. -Strong understanding of international drug development supply chains and temperature controlled products. -Responsible for reconciliation of vendor invoices/PO management as well as vendor and contractor payments.

Nike Boston: -Lead the conversation between the Nike Running Brand and runner, provide them with the knowledge to make the right product choices, and build trust and relationships in the running community. -Develop and sustain deep relationships with RSG (Running Specialty Group) associates and runners in the community. I support the local sales force with customer service programs, product clinics, product seeding, product sell-in/sell-thru, and fit trials. -Create and conduct dynamic educational clinics based on specific account assortment, covering running footwear, apparel and equipment. -Build relationships and drive sell-through at RSG retail by assisting in high school Spike/XC Nights, Women's Specific Events, footwear fit sessions, product trialing, weekly RSG training runs and working on the retail floor. -Conduct effective in-store visits; utilizing resources available to increase associates retention. We partner with local RSG Sales Rep to support the sell-in process by assisting with the technical aspects of the product. -Effectively maintain RSG Footwear Seeding List with key influential RSG associates/runner, distribute in person and follow-up for feedback. -Work in conjunction with the RSG account, and Nike RSG Sales Rep set up Coach's Clinics, to build high school relationships, educate coaches on Nike product, drive RSG sales and accumulate coach's feedback. -Consistently connect and educate the local running community via training runs, regional races, and High School events. -Support local running events via working the retail booth, assisting in set-up, providing Nike gear and by being the face of Nike Running. -Partner and collaborate with local EKIN and Nike Mobile Units to create successful Nike Running grassroots events. In addition, provide WHQ with consumer insights, current market trends, competitor information and product feedback.

General: Oversees the logistics aspect of designated projects in clinical trials. -Executes clinical logistics procedures for clinical trials. -Supports set-up of clinical trial logistics. -Prepares and distributes study documents and materials. -Performs day-to-day communication with the clinical team, sites and vendors. -Participates in regular study team, as required. -Tracks and reports logistics study metrics to the project team. -Supports financial control; tracks, checks and compiles invoices. -Contributes to meeting study timelines and works efficient with systems in place. -Supports central filing and final archiving activities. -Complies with GxP* standards, including applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). -Supports toward and ensures he/she stays within budget / time allocated, in agreement with the applicable Laboratory Logistics Services Manager and Laboratory Logistics Coordinator. -Travels as required by projects or Laboratory Logistics Services activities.

-Department of Research in Sports Medicine at the Rothman Institute in affiliation with Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Thomas Jefferson School of Medicine. -Participate in data collection and analysis of multiple ongoing research projects. -Perform literature searches and assigned manuscript backgrounds. -Assist with the preparation and writing of abstracts and manuscripts. -Obtain, review, and extract pertinent data elements for clinical studies. -Digitize and catalogue radiographs as defined in study protocols. -Attend outpatient clinic hours, gathering clinical data and completing data sheets. -Prepare clinical presentations for ongoing research proposals.
