At Silvio’s Photoworks, I cultivated a customer-focused shopping environment by greeting and responding to customers in a friendly manner. It was my job to educate people about the brand to incite excitement about the company's mission and core values. Some of my everyday duties included answering customer telephone calls promptly, maintaining established merchandising standards including window, sales floor and promotional displays, building relationships with customers to increase likelihood of repeat business, creating social media posts to guarantee high content quality along with pricing merchandise, stocking shelves and taking inventory of supplies.
