In my own words

Marly

I am very self motivated and extremely enthusiastic about design.

My experiences in the fashion industry have taught me not only about design, but also about merchandising, marketing, and production. I am a great communicator, team player, and organized multi-tasker. I learn quickly and am able to meet deadlines by working well under pressure in a fast paced environment. I take any project given to me, and give it my all in attempt to create a beautiful quality product. The thought of working hard at something that I love makes me eager to get further into the business and continually improve my skills as a designer.

I have had experience at companies such as Max Studio, Stüssy, and Staccato, and am excited and ready to move further into the design aspect of the fashion industry. I am always open to any new opportunites and challenges that may come my way.

In 2015, I was one of 12 accepted into the Advanced Fashion Design Program at FIDM, also known as Debut. I had the honor of showing my 12 look Resort 2016 collection at the FIDM Debut Runway Show, El Paseo Fashion Week in Palm Springs, and Phoenix Fashion Week.
