Passionate about design solutions that drive change through environmental and social responsibility. Spare time is spent painting yoga mats, volunteering, and finding new activities and adventures. Freelance Designer · Self Employeed
-Product development from concept work to tech packs and vendor communication. -Organizational tools such as seasonal development binders, building and maintaining color/ swatch library, and sample tracking for Justice Lifestyles team.
-Flat sketches, BOM’s, and tech pack development and send out for Lane Bryant during busy development seasons.
-Partnership with QC for vendor call outs and comments with US factories. Fabric and silhouette development for women’s Holiday/Spring 2018 Homage Brand.
-Designer and Seamstress for various projects on a local level.
-Volunteer personal stylist & inventory management for Dress For Success Denver and Columbus.

-Successful brand launch in January 2015 with a 32 million dollar sales increase from 2014-2016.
-Close partnership and collaboration with cross-functional/overseas teams for seasonal concept, color, fabric, print, graphic direction using trend services, mood
boards, line sheets and informational packets.
-Collaborating with technical design on building core and fashion fits and grades.
-Leading fits and communicating fit comments to vendors in a clear and concise way. -Research and strong partnership with sourcing for seasonal innovation & newness in fabrics and trims. Partnership with merchandising for technology launches with test and learn strategy including tummy control, cooling, anti-microbial, warming, and temperature control in core programs.
-Presentations to CEO & EVP level for sketch and line review.
-Proactive with costing and planning challenges. Key communications and teamwork with merchant and product development teams while maintaining strong brand point of view.
-Domestic travel to New York, Chicago. Outdoor Retailer attendee 2015, 2016.

-Managing and developing design process from the trend, sketch, graphics and artwork selection, fabric and
wash, trims, and fit.
-Development trip to Korea and Taiwan- working directly with factories and overseas partners.
-Overseas/vendor communication, technical packages, and line sheets. Development trip to Korea and Taiwan.
-Close partnership with CAD and graphics team for inspiration, technique, phrases/verbiage, and print/pattern direction for monthly development.

Assistant Designer- Women's Knit Tops- JCP Brand · JC Penney
-Mood and concept boards to identify target consumer/ lifestyle to launch ‘JCP’ brand in 2012.
-Silhouette, artwork, fabric development for women’s casual knit tops with a focus on volume driving quality
basics with key fashion items.
