In My Own Words
Aiming to relocate to the US with my American wife in the next 18 months, ideally to either New England or Florida, but open to other states. Looking for a in-house talent acquisition role within a prominent organisation, ideally with a strong lifestyle brand.
I am commercially-minded and personable manager with a strong background in recruitment. Repeatedly headhunted to transform businesses, particularly with a personnel focus, I am a strong people manager who is able to engender an enthusiasm for brands and missions into stakeholders at all levels. With strong business acumen, I have completed a number of projects to implement structural and procedural change, recruiting key staff to improve business practice and growth.
My core skills lie in employee, customer and stakeholder relations, development and cultural change. With extensive experience in sales and target driven recruitment environments, I have developed a strong track record for on-time delivery and noticeable gains to the bottom-line, and have been a pivotal figure in start-up businesses locally and abroad.
