• Manage daily tasks pertaining to design, fabric selection, sample construction and fittings, imports development and Adobe Creative Suite production approvals for 3 collections simultaneously. • Track development process of over 200 gowns a year; from ordering materials to ordering SMS. Highly capable at anticipating design and development issues and execute solutions in a timely manner to minimize problems or delays. • Build accurate and detailed tech packs including bill of materials, construction and sketches. Create and edit CADs in Adobe Illustrator. • Fit and measure over 10 gowns daily, provide comments and approvals to vendors overseas for final product deliveries. • Oversee QC checks in our USA office and our international factories on new and existing production. • Worked closely with the Senior Designer to create cut-and-sew knits, sweaters, and bottoms for private label accounts, including Walmart, Kress, Avenue, Sears, Ashley Stewart, and Ross. • Sketched design concepts in Adobe Illustrator, developed presentation CADs, and created comprehensive technical packages for development, costing, and production. • Communicated with over seas factories and agents. • Worked closely with the Design Director and VP of Sales on key items for line as well as evaluating best selling items, updating styles and introducing new and trend driven ideas to the table. • Produced original artwork for embroidery and embellishment layouts, contributing to the overall design aesthetic. • Checked lab dips to ensure precise color matching and consistency across samples and production. • Assisted in garment fittings, evaluating fit, construction, and overall design, and provided feedback for necessary adjustments.

Principal assistant to Senior Designer of the Women's contemporary collection. • Designed and developed embroidery layouts, print designs, graphic elements, and body designs for Baraschi private label accounts, including Anthropologie and Lord & Taylor. Managed both domestic and import developments from initial concept through to production. • Created detailed sketches and design concepts using Adobe Illustrator, and developed comprehensive tech packs to support production and ensure design accuracy. • Oversaw the creation and execution of all graphic elements for marketing and branding, including trade show posters, brand identity materials, look books, line sheets, email blasts, web updates, postcards, hang tags, and labels. • Worked closely with the sample room and cutting room to ensure timely development of prototypes and accurate garment construction. • Assisted with the coordination and preparation for Coterie, ensuring the brand’s collection was well-represented at this prestigious fashion trade show. • Provided support during New York Fashion Week, assisting with logistics, styling, and ensuring smooth operations during runway presentations and events.
