With 10+ years in warehouse, inventory, and deployment operations, I’ve led 100+ person teams, implemented ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite, Dynamics AX), and kept fulfillment and materials flowing under high-stakes conditions — from retail peaks to mission-critical projects.
I specialize in inventory control, layout optimization, compliance (FAR/DFARS, Customs, DG), and real-time problem solving. Whether I’m building systems from scratch or restoring operational order, I lead with steady focus, strong follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration.
